if you are out of town and must have delivery, please email maggie@petalexchange.com and if we have deliveries nearby, we will fit you in.
Let us choose from our wide selection of houseplants and pots to create a medium-sized, lovely plant composition. It may be a dish garden with several small plants, or one larger plant in a stylish pot.
Please note, the pictures you see here are examples of arrangements and will not be exactly how your order looks. Each piece is designer's choice and completely custom in flower type and vessel. If you’d like to make any specific requests, please email maggie@petalexchange.com
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Same-day orders cannot be submitted online and will be refunded. We can often accommodate same day orders, but you MUST email or call to find out.
-Orders to dorms or “on-campus” buildings must call or email to order.
-If the recipient is not home, a text message will be sent to the recipient and the flowers will be left in a shady spot.
-Deliveries are made between 9AM and 6PM. Pickups can be done any time after 1pm and before 5pm, unless another time has been arranged.
-If you are ordering multiple items with separate delivery addresses, you’ll need to order them separately.
-You will receive a text message with a photo of your arrangement. The purpose of this is a confirmation that your order is out for delivery (and so you can enjoy the arrangement from afar!). We cannot make any changes to your arrangement at this stage.
-Enter the recipient’s delivery address in the “Shipping Information” section at checkout. We don’t ship arrangements or plants.
